We're gonna be late from Joburg, but at least we aren't at Paris anymore.

Qatar has an amazing Airport! And Qatar Airways is much better than Finnair... :')Read more

With our luggage all gone, somewhere, we are now LITERALLY surviving here. We will get out luggage to some hotel later, probably after days, but now we only have what we had in our hand bags on the plane.

So basically nothing but passport and meds and some other necessary and personal stuff. No spare clothes...

  • HoneyGuide Ranger Camp

    October 30 in South Africa ⋅ ☁️ 26 °C

This is nice but scary place at night because the safari animals and lions may roam here. When the sun sets we need one of the camp rangers for escorts.

HoneyGuide is btw a bird that has literally been used to find honey. The birds seek humans so humans can take the honey and brake the hive and then the birds can eat bee worms from there. This means they are somewhat dependant of humans. In finish the bird is literally called "hunajaopas" 🍯🐦.Read more

  • Library + Random images

    October 31 in South Africa ⋅ ☁️ 17 °C

Last night lion broke our huts gas tank that is used to warm our water. (One image of that). It was super scary and gas started to fill our base and we had to leave but the lions were probably still just outside.

This has been for real a survival trip like the title said. Aino also got badly sick.

  • Mountain-Savanna Survival

    October 31 in South Africa ⋅ ☁️ 17 °C

(In the first video hippo jumps in water)
The mountain line in here is super long and goes like so far you can't see the end of it. It's highest peek is at 1719m from the sea level. In the images it doesn't look so tall but from close it super tall and steap.

When we came back it started to rain and thunder like a hell and our driver started to rally very fast us back on the curving sand roads.
