Das Ziel liegt mittlerweilen etwas höher und es muss auch verdient werden. Der Damavand mit 5671MüM ist unser Ziel für morgen und das Tages-Ziel die Schutzhütte liegt ebenfalls schon auf 4200MüM.
Wir behalten die traditionelle Aufgabenteilung bei, lassen die Esel die Bikes tragen und die zarten Biker dürfen mit Tagesgepäck die 1500 Höhenmeter bewältigen. Die Höhe ist spürbar und man kann sich auch schon die Nachttemperaturen vorstellen.
Wir sind gespannt, ob uns das Gipfel-Glück hold sein wird, es ist auf die Nacht schon Schnee angesagt.

Tagesprogramm laut Vorgabe:
Day 7:
Departure in 4x4 approx. 1 hour to join the multiers. Loading bikes and gear on the mules. Ascent to the Damavand hut (4,250 meters) - approx. 1'500 of D +. Pic nic during the climb, dinner at the refuge, night at the refuge.

The night can be quite uncomfortable because of the altitude, the cold and / or other users of the refuge not always discreet.En savoir plus
