Starting towards Munich.
Because of hiccups with the other trains, our train was completely full so we had 1st class floor space.

Day on the train from Munich to Rome

Well, this was a day on the train.
Leaving Munich at the morning through through the Alps over the Brennero pass towards Bologna and taking the Frecciarossa towards Rome.

We start the morning with a commute towards San Pietro, take a look around and climb up to Gianicolo.

We left Palermo with the regional train straight through the middle of Sicily towards Agrigento, a nice town on a hill with fantastic views and steep climbs.
