Going to Sicily

In the morning we hurried to the train station since we were a little late, made just barely just to see: Our train was even later.

On this day, we took a bus to the local market and took the detour around the big rock back to the city.
Today we just walked around a bit to the Piazza del Plebiscito and took a look into the Galleria Umberto I.
After all these days running around in Cities, we deserved a break in the beach just a few meters from our apartment.
The day continued with yesterday's rain more or which became quite tropical at points.
But when it cleared, we had good food with an even better view.
Then we got an even better view over CefalùBaca lagi
Saying goodbye to the beach of Cefalù and taking the train to Palermo.
Our stay in Palermo might have been a little short, but we had a room with a great view.
One of the few rainy days.
We left Palermo with the regional train straight through the middle of Sicily towards Agrigento, a nice town on a hill with fantastic views and steep climbs.
Also, we gotBaca lagi
After resting in our best apartment so far, we started to visit the historic city and the cathedral. Lots of climbs and stairs but it was worth it.
