    This morning we had another cooking class for risotto and fish and chips. It was not has hands on as the others since we just did the prep work and could not do the deep frying of the fish and fries. We did make our own risotto which turned out pretty good. It always seems so complicated and hard to make but if you take your time cooking and reducing the risotto, it can turn out ok.
    This evening we signed up for a whiskey tasting.
