Road trip: Newton to South Bend

Time to head up to South Bend and get Freya all settled in with Nick. It definitely hasn't hit me yet that I'll be leaving her behind soon.

We made a few stops for food and the bathroom and along the way Allan gathered ideas for places to stop on the way back down. After the extended road trip from Ludlow, via the Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway, this was very much a no-nonsense drive. After a long 14 hours and some annoying traffic in a random little place before Louisville, we made it to Nick's shortly after midnight. Time for 😴.
