Santiago Day 2

Today was a pretty chill day for me. Apparently a lot of things are closed on Sundays!

The morning started with a bus ride to the bus terminal. Allan had an early bus to Mendoza. We got there with plenty of time and even managed to grab him some lunch before his bus left. It was a bittersweet moment, more bitter than sweet, but it's only for a few weeks and then he'll head back to meet me in Santiago after Aconcagua.

After dropping Allan off, I took a long walk back to the hostel. I walked through a few parks along the way and saw some big buildings like the former royal mint. I got caught up on some admin and planning, and did some organizing of my bag before going for a walk through the Cerro Santa Lucia park in the afternoon again. I tried to get an early night before I had to be up early for my wine tour in the morning, but my brain had a hard time turning off.Læs mere
