    Point Labatt Conservation Park is home to the only permanent colony of Australian sea-lions on mainland Australia and offers a unique opportunity to observe these rare and endangered marine mammals.

    A viewing platform on the cliffs, 50 metres above the beach, lets you observe the sea-lions along with New Zealand Fur seals dozing in the sun on the beach and rocks.

    We headed to Streaky Bay to camp for the night. As it was the day before Easter and as we had not booked ahead we were only able to get an unpowered sandy site miles from the amenities. 😏
