Beaconsfield mine & Heritage centre

After the Batman bridge we continued on to see the Beaconsfield mine the site of the mining disaster where 3 guys were trapped underground after a small earthquake caused a mine collapse, 1 of the 3 guys was killed and the other 2 remained trapped for 14 nights.
The museum is a self guided which covers not only the mine collapse but other local history, we had a good time here.Read more
