Deloraine day 2

We had a walk around town took some photos of the artworks then did some shopping and when we got back I tried to clean out the Diesel heaters tank which proved harder than I anticipated, for some reason the bottom of the tank was covered in rubbish which probably came from either dirty diesel or red dirt managing to get in. After breaking up the residual I tried flushing it out using kero which only partially worked so I then stuffed an old T-shirt inside to wipe out the rest, next I will try taking out the inline filter to see if it is blocked up, because until we get the diesel heater working again we will have to stay in caravan parks due to the low overnight temperatures.Read more
