The Sky Lagoon

We stepped down into the lagoon's geothermal waters and ventured through high walls of stone--the sense of swimming through a cave's maze, although open to the sky. Navigating our way to an open water area we found an expansive infinity wall at the farthest point making you feel one with the ocean.
We took part in the revitalizing Icelandic 7-step ritual which includes a cold plunge, sauna, a cool fog mist room, an indulgent body scrub, a trip to the steam room, then back in the lagoon for as long as you wish. And more, more, more; words can't even begin to describe this experience and the views! Of course we enjoyed a refreshing beverage at the swim -up cave bar. ;) Czytaj więcej
