    The problem with Norway is that around every corner, at the end of every tunnel and to be honest wherever you look, it's bucolically bloody beautiful! It could make for rather dull repetitive pictures and commentary. For the record, though, and to help my future self when I re-read this:-
    We travelled the Ryfylke tourist route, the 502 road, from sea level in sunshine and blue skies to a high mountain pass rest area, above the tree line, in a dramatic landscape of snow flecked granite boulders dotted with massive grey mounds and icy lakes. And found the famous Norway rain 🌧
    A day of only 82 miles, just over 3 hours on the road, and a climb of over 1000m. We stopped at historic way-points, roaring waterfalls driving our way through dozens of tunnels, bridges, and narrow roads with minimal passing places.
    We even got shouted at by a very angry Norwegian local for driving too slowly!!
