Tombstone

Renée’s bucket list included hiking to Grizzly Lake, for the “real” view of the iconic Tombstone mountains. You can get a view of them from the highway, but they are far off in the distance and the weather has to be almost perfect.

Getting into Grizzly Lake is a 12km hike (one way) with a major climb. We waited an extra day in Tombstone Park so that the weather would be better for the hike. Turned out to be almost perfect.Leggi altro
