Andahuaylillas

Our first stop along the road is the small colonial town of Andahuaylillas. As in many other small towns in this area, one can see the influence of Spanish colonialism in the buildings and decorations style.
We visited the local church which is a peculiar sometime confused mix of Spanish architecture, Christian decorations and local influences. It's interesting to observe how the local culture adapted the Christian symbol into their stories.Read more
