Bye India - for now

India is a huge country which deserves a lot more time to explore. But it also needs a lot of energy. We both said that we will come back one day - but for now we need to continue on our journey. Probably the next time we visit the north.

Once again we checked our global options and saw that Sri Lanka doesn’t have a ferry anymore, Myanmar is only open at some borders due to civil war and the only sailing marina in India couldn’t be less empty. There is a cruise ship from Mumbai to Bangkok, so we where thinking about working on board… long story short we found a last minute direct flight to Bangkok. No regrets. With almost 7kg less on body fat we leave India. Goodbye you colorful chaos you definitely left some marks and memories.Read more
