    Ohope beach

    I just wanted to stay here and never leave this place again.

    Since I'm jung, I'm dreaming about to surf. 🏄
    I used to say: lately with 16 I've got my first world champion trophy. 🏆
    Sadly, I never learned to surf.
    I had a kitesurf lesson and learned windsurfing, what was the best holidays of my life! Never will forget that! Thanks mum! 💋
    Before I went in surf camp, I hated sea water. Bah. So ugly with all that corals and seaweed. Ugh. 🌊
    While surfing I was so happy, as I swallowed it down accidentaly, I didn't worry about. It tasted salty and not good, but I was still the happiest kid on earth. Never will forget that moment. 😍

    As I come here, I saw all the surfers. It remembered that time and was so glad to came here. Never saw someone surf before for real. But it looked that incredible beautiful I had imagined.    Baca lagi

    Redwoods

    The yellow track got me recommended and I needed 1h50min for this 2h walk, including the time for the two lookouts.
    I loved it. I don't like to go hiking through always the same forest on streets. So this was perfect for me. Only forest ground and a different forest every 20min. There were gumtrees, farns, japanese larchs...
    The gysir you see at the pictures is the famous Pohutu Geysir in Whaka. 🌋    Baca lagi

    Hamilton

    I walked through the city and was happy again. A city. Inreally needed that after Roturoa. 🙈 I'm happier in citys than in villages. 🌃
    And as longer I'm here, so much more sad I get when I'm thinking about to go home. I miss living in a big city.
    Hamilton is not the city I would choose to live, but it's cool somehow. 😂
    It's more like a little chinatown. I saw only asia food and stores. One maxican, one irish pub, two hair saloons, and one shop I passed three times and looked in, but still don't know what it sells.😂
    There is a statue for the Rocky Horror Picture Show. It's Riff Raff from Richard O'Brien.
    I saw many statues in NZ, but most times I didn't know what theyre about. I think we all know the RHPS.
    While sunset I run around the lake in the domain. I don't know what this is in NZ with the runners and that low five, but I like it. 😊
    Its really cool cause it motivates me so much if theres always someone who gives you five when meeting after finishing a round.
    Did only 6k today. Shame on me. 🙈
    I was so glad that I did it. I started in rain and was thnking about to run to the toilet only. And back would be annoying enough. But when I was there it stopped luckily. So I could do the run. 👟
    While running I was staring at the lake. Nice, but not beautiful. No waves. Nothing I would miss. Citys makes me happy, but the ocean makes me glad. I miss that of those two, what I don't have. I miss nothing, when I see both. 😊 I remember that I never missed home..    Baca lagi

    Matapouri

    Matapouri is known for it's Mermaid Pool. A big natural pool inside the cliffs. It gets flooded by the ocean, but you really should only go in while ebb.
    It's fllod now, wrong time for me again, so it's too dangerous to climb up to them. 🌊
    So that's where I actually wanted to go. But I found the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. Locals son't know it. It seems like. They're all chillin at the main beach. Noone was there, without two birds. Never saw so clear water. The colour was a nice blue. White sand. Felt like in heaven. The only thing that was creepy was that I stucked in the sand more than ancle deep with every step. Funny. 😂    Baca lagi

    Best lookout I've ever seen. You can see all over Auckland with its skyline, vulcano Rotianga and you can see from the ocean to that hills - meansyou can see the end of the land on both sides, east and west. Its really small. 😂
    Three guys were chillin there and tould me I should go some steps down that hill, there would be a waterfall. I talked to them a long time and chilled with'em after the sun goes down. That was not the plan but the guys helped me with selling my car and buy a new one in australia. They were blindet to the beauty of the sunset. They said they see it every evening so what for. Äh. For good feelings!? But okay, I understand that really good. If you live with something you get blind for it. But I liked staying at this point, I'm sure I'll come back. 🌆    Baca lagi

    Street I sleeped at

    I slept in the middle of Auckland. The car was always wiggling, cause all that heavy vehicicles drove next to me. That's why I'm standing up now at 6 o'clock.

    Yesterday was a cool chilled day and I enjoyed the silence while walking in the forest so much. It feels better to walk alone.🌿Baca lagi
