Vientiane

Arrived after 35 min flight at Laos capital. Much more cosmopolitan than anywhere so far, situated on the banks of the Mekong river with Thailand on the other bank. Chilled afternoon by the rooftop pool and watching the sunset. Only here 2 nights with no planned excursions so aim to explore the city tomorrow.Read more
