Arrived in Zubiri, exhausted, it has been a very challenging day. An 18 k hike that has taken all of our energy, we were so pleased when we finally reached our destination.

Rest day in Zubiri.
Staying in the same Albergue, it was wonderful to have a lie in until 8 am. We walked around the village this morning and then rested this afternoon.

Trinidad de Arre/Pamplona to Uterga
Left 8am arrived in Pampanga at 9.30am and at Uterga 12.30pm.
We had out ponchos on as we left Arre, and it certainly felt a lot cooler, thank goodness. It rained Czytaj więcej
Podróżnik Kia ora Charmaine. Oh no no no. What a pain in the you know what regarding your phone. But thankfully you got it back, which is the main thing. Everywhere you walk is so full of history. Makes you realise how ‘young’ NZ is. I hope you slept well and are ready for today’s adventures. Beautiful day in Beachlands today. X

Left at 7 am, we arrived at 12.15pm.
It certainly was an easier walk today, 1, it was overcast most of the way, and 2, only a couple of steep inclines. We had the odd Czytaj więcej
