• Into the jungle 🌴 Hua Chang Waterfall

    November 27, 2024 in Thailand ⋅ ☁️ 25 °C

Hua Chang Waterfall is a hidden gem, remote and rarely visited. The journey starts with a bumpy dirt road winding through quiet villages, leading to the beginning of a jungle trek. We crossed the river seven times, so wearing sandals is a must, as parts of the trail run directly through the water. Locals advise bringing a sturdy stick — wild cows sometimes roam the area.

The jungle is stunning — dense, green, and alive with nature’s sounds. The narrow path is clearly marked, making the trek both exciting and manageable. When we finally reached the waterfall, we had it all to ourselves. The entire trip took about 4 hours, offering a peaceful escape deep into nature. Surrounded by endless greenery and the sounds of the jungle, it was the perfect way to disconnect and recharge.
