1 of the most beautiful places on earth

A day at the spa to rest the aching bones after another wee jog but this time along the path to the beach. Have to get the balance between work and play and treat yourself once and again after grafting so hard. It’s been a tough four years working full time and studying for my phd and to add to this I’ve had two trips to Malawi. This year has been fabulous so far.
