Falmouth, Cornwall

Arrived in Falmouth on a sunny evening just as the sun was setting.
By this morning it was raining heavily with gale force winds.
We had a visit to the National Maritime Museum booked after breakfast. Luckily we had warm sweaters and waterproofs. A shuttle bus was waiting to transport us so we didn’t get too wet. I have included our cruise ship in these photos.
Our planned trip to town this afternoon was abandoned. An excuse to come back!
We sail at 21.30 tonight in time to wake up in the Scilly Isles.Read more
