Ride to Liquica

We rode out to Liquica (40km) and back along the coastal road. There was quite a bit of industrial development along the road west of Dili, a big new port development and lots of concrete and quarry works. The villages along the way had changed very little, lots of small concrete brick houses being built to replace the older bamboo/wicker type construction. We visited the old Portuguese fort at Aipelo, which was a Military Command Post.Read more
