The Way to Astorga

What a day. So hard for everyone. A long distance and elevation too. The young people were having a tough time of it. The scenery was glorious. There was an incessant frog chorus to serenade us. We managed to get to Astorga eventually after being out for 11 hours. Long long day. We came across a wonderful oasis run by a man who loves to help the pilgrims. You could not imagine the variety on offer. Everything you could ever want. And all for a donation. So many lovely characters along the Camino.Baca lagi
