From Dusseldorf to Antalya

On 20231109 back again to Türkiye with SunExpress. Flight XQ 185. Departure time (DUS) 13:35. Arrival time (AYT) 19:15. Booked on 20231009 via Sunexpress.com. Price 91,98€ (incl. hand luggage and 25kg checked baggage).

Day 9 [Thursday]: Up very early this morning. Weighed the suitcase and put all the important things in my jacket pockets and hand luggage. Sat on the couch for a while and then left by car for Düsseldorf. First we refueled across the border. Had a traffic jam (Stau), but that also went well. Check in to drop off suitcase at counters 235-238. No one was there yet. Said goodbye to Anneke (parking here costs 8€ per hour!) and now I have to wait again. I was able to deliver my suitcase at 11:10 AM and went on to gate C31. I did my own passport inspection and then gained access to the tax-free section (bottle of water 3,80€, but also 2€, had to give up my water during the x-ray check).
