Zürich-Saint Béron

What a horrible summer so far. We left Switzerland on rain (what else 😏) and arrived half way down of our journey in Saint Béron in rain again. The journey went well. Not too much traffic. We made a slight detour to Aix-les-Bains. We made a quick brisk walk along the lake. It was extremely windy. Brilliant for all the surfers. They were really fast on the water. Aix-les-Bain is not particularly a place one needs to see. We booked a room in a lovely French Farmhouse and went for dinner at a Cusco restaurant. It was almost odd to eat Peruvian here in France. Nice restaurant though. The French Alps which are not far from here are still full of snow 😳Read more
