A loooong travel day

We got off to a good start in the Maple Leaf Lounge at YVR - our first-ever airport lounge. Nice!
Then, we boarded our first plane for the 11-hour ✈️ to Incheon, South Korea. It was an Air Canada flight and for something else new, Premium Economy, which completely failed to live up to expectations. At least for Air Canada, there is no reason for Premium Economy. There was a little extra legroom and not much else special, certainly not more comfortable seats, which was the objective. However, the flight departed on time and also arrived at ICN on time 🕙.
Next up was our 2nd ✈️ of the day - ICN-SIN. It was on Asiana & lasted about 7 hours. We were in regular Economy class & it was a much more premium experience than the earlier one with that name. Gotta ❤️ Asian hospitality!
We crossed the Date Line & then passed midnight, so the day that started on the 19th ended on the 21st. It felt that long, too.
Got to our Singapore hotel, Jen Tanglin by Shangri-La, and finally were able to get to 😴 at 3:00 am.
It was a very long day, but everything worked as scheduled. Hooray!Read more
