Rainforest & Jungle

Part of the resort is a Nature Reserve - rainforest & jungle. Naturalists are on hand to take people on the trails and make sure we see the flora & fauna we might miss on our own. Plus, they keep us safe. There used to be an orangutan sanctuary here, a satellite operation of the Sepilok Otangutan Sanctuary, also here in Sabah, on Borneo, but that ended in 2016 when the 20-year project ended, and the orangutans were moved to Sepilok.
