So about the stray dogs and cat situation….Panamanians as a whole are humane and entitlement is not really in their nature…now with that being said stray dogs and cats are thought of as part of the community and not as household pets…the strays get fed by the locals they are part of the community…no one likes being in a cage so the strays are mostly welcome to come and go at their leisure….in my short time here I have found that if you live and let live its pretty easy to get along with the community…people and animals alike….Read more
