Antigua - First Impressions

Today we got to see Antigua in all its glory! At 1,545m the city is somewhat cooler with a bit of cloud cover which was nice!

Our hostel provided us with a free breakfast before we had to sort out a few logistical items for our up Acatenago Volcano tomorrow.

Our first impression of Antigua is a large, colourful, calm and spacious city, with no buildings (other than churches) more than a story or two high. We think we're going to like it here!Read more
