The Hole - Alcatraz Speakeasy

We were dropped off by our tour guides in the centre of Palermo where we took a short walk to an Alcatraz themed bar we had found on YouTube.

We paid for our drinks on arrival and were then locked in a small room whilst an American man swore at us on a TV in a very American fashion (he called us assholes 3 or 4 times).

Once inside we perched ourselves at the bar and redeemed our tokens on some very strong cocktails, the Most Wanted and the Al Capone.

On the way home we had one more in an Irish bar and ending up not making it in until almost 2am, still early by BA standards. A nice end to a very enjoyable day!Leggi altro
