Centro > Recoleta Walking Tour

After a number of late nights and lie ins today we became proper tourists! We joined the 10:30am walking tour from the centre of town, through the wealthiest part of Buenos Aires to Recoleta in the north. It was a three hour tour and covered some distance!

Stops included the theatre Colon, a huge synagogue, Avenue 9 de Julio (the widest in the entire world), a number of parks and embassies, the church where Maradona got married (for the first time) and some of the most expensive properties in all of South America.Read more
