    After I enjoyed the first rainbow of the day...
    ... I made my way to the Rincon de la Vieja National Parc.The parc is located in a volcanic area and domimated by the tropical dry forest.I was soon greeted by those monkeys...... but my goal was still a few kilometers ahead...... so I went on, further up the small river...... crossing this small natural pool...... and deeper into the (dry) forest.When reached the top of the hill, flora stared to change...... the view was georgeous...... and the trees got smaller.3And then finally I reached my destination. 🙂

    Today, I set out on a 10-kilometer hike through the tropical dry forest of Rincón de la Vieja National Park, aiming for a stunning waterfall hidden deep within the forest. The trail wasn’t easy—it was a tough journey through mud, over slippery rocks, and past gnarled tree roots. Yet, every step felt like part of an adventure.

    The forest itself was mesmerizing. The towering trees created a cool canopy overhead, and the trail buzzed with life. I spotted a few monkeys darting through the trees, their quick movements making them tricky to capture with my camera. Butterflies of every color fluttered past, a constant reminder of the vibrant ecosystem around me    Les mer
