Pink beast

We have picked up Pink Beast! I was so worried, because all I knew was that we left somewhere without favorite! Pink beast runs, but has some issues. For one, someone filled the coolant reservoir with water. Favorite will sort it out though! Now we have to clean, clean, clean! There were stinky rodents in there, and I'm not allowed in until everything is clean, because stinky rodents have pupper diseases!Read more

TravelerHi, Bob! 👀 We spent Sunday sorting trash/ruined from keep/salvageable. It wasn't as bad as it could have been, and the idea is to get the truck detailed by a crew now, rather than scrub everything down ourselves.

We brought pink beast back to the shop because the steering fluid kept pouring out, and it didn't have any engine brakes. On the way here, the clutch gave out. It doesn't seem likely that it's mechanical failure since the clutch isn't that old.Read more

The shop people fixed pink beast! Sort of. They tightened a something that is supposed to stop the big leak, and a bolt broke which is what made the clutch not work. Favorite brought us to the bigger truck stop to have everything looked over, and the batteries replaced. With luck, pink beast will be with us again!Read more

New, better shop says pink beast needs a new alternator. Favorite says that isn't expensive. There is also a wire problem, and favorite is going to make the Freightliner people fix it tomorrow. They are going to finish the beast cleaning tomorrow, too!Read more

Pink beast gets the deep clean tomorrow! Then we go to Walmart, and move all of my toys to Pink Beast. It will be a very exciting day.

We're still moving all of my toys, can you believe it? I'm finding toys I forgot about months ago! It's nice and cool today at least, so favorite doesn't get the heat stroke.

We're still moving my toys! Not favorite put Old Lambie in the wrong bag. It was the trash bag! I snatched it out and made sure she knew Old Lambie isn't trash.

We're going to pick up the old motor today and take it back to Miami for the core charge. No more excuses accepted from the shop! Favorite is a tough cookie. Now we're waiting for shop man to get back so we can load it up.Read more
