RS Day 11 - The Torpo Stavechurch

We had a brief stop at the Torpo Stavechurch. The church is from between 1100 - 1300. The stavechurches were constructed using wooden pillars from single trees. Each stave was about 100 feet. This is one of the oldest stavechurches in existence.En savoir plus
