Goodbye Gorgeous Gastronomic Georgia

Leaving NZ my backpack weighed 9 kgs. It remains a stable weight. The same cannot be said for my body as plenty of quality and quantity eating. Each country has had each own delicacies, but Georgia stands out as an epicurean state. Aubergines stuffed with fresh walnut paste, beetroot & walnut pesto, lamb casseroles and beans, crusty breads, rich cheeses, robust red wine tasting of berries with a liquorice aftertaste. So, it goes on…both the food list and the weight.
