Stone Mountain Climb

We picked up Harrison and started the day with a climb up Stone Mountain, a quartz monzonite dome which features the largest high-relief sculpture in the world. The trail is about one mile (1.6 kilometers) in length and has an elevation gain of about 700 feet (210 meters). There is also a gondola that takes you to the top of the mountain, however as it was very windy that day, the gondola did not operate.Leia mais
