6. Day Nikkō -> Aizuwakamatsu 77km

After recovering in the beautiful K's House in Nikkō with Hostel and the great Yuki San, I continued my journey through the mountains from Nikkō to Aizuwakamatsu. I saw many lakes and followed rivers. Got completely drenched but it was great to cool down a bit in the heat. The atmosphere in the mountains during and after rain is also special. Besides you can see how my usual stops are. Because of the heat I'm not craving big portions and heavy food that much. Therefore I'm usually stopping at the convenience stores to cool down and get some snacks.
