Chiang Mai - Curry haven

On my way to Chiang Mai I stopped at one of the most famous Buddhist temples. Wat Rong Kung, also known as the White Temple.
Located in Chiang Rai it is renowned for its glorious architecture and white facade. The iconic feature of the temple is the bridge leading to the entrance, which represents the journey from “cycle of rebirth to the realm of enlightenment”. Definitely a sight to behold, how many little details make up this marvellous building.

Personally I have been looking forward to Chiang Mai. Taking a cooking a class to hone the skills to cook curry was a long awaited wish of mine that came true. I now behold the secret ingredients to cook a proper:

- Khao Soi
- Pad Thai
- Gaeng Kiaw Wan Gai
- Khao Niew Mamuang
