Roquetes

After leaving the campsite near Sax the plan was to go to Peniscola but upon arriving we found all the camper parks to be full so we pushed on a bit to the Aire in Roquetes.
This turns out to be a modern stop over that you can stay on free of charge for seventy two hours including electricity if you are lucky enough to get plugged in before somebody else does.
With its close proximity to the Tortosa Via Verde we have been out on the bikes for the afternoon along this fabulous old railway track with great views and lots of tunnels to ride through.Read more
