Day in bed

Did not make it to Nantes today. Body had a bad reaction to something (I suspect it was the cream on the strawberry tart - 50% of the time I have whipped cream these days it disagrees with me, so I should really just give it up entirely) instead which meant I spent most of the night with an awful headache and ended up throwing up at 4am, which meant I felt a bit better, but not much, so I was asleep for the bulk of the day.

Feeling almost OK now and have eaten with no dire consequences, so I took an evening stroll to find some of the street art and get some sea air. Only 4000 steps, but am very glad I did it.

Going to watch an episode of Bridgerton and then see if I can get to sleep despite all the sleep I had in the day and try to get up early to go to Rennes. And will push Nantes to Sunday or MondayLeer más
