    And then I went for a late evening (early night?) stroll *before* cooking today’s pasta. Which will be grand fusilli with a tomato, olive and borlotti bean sauce with some Tomino and some Parmesan cheese. Yes, I am making it up as I go.

    I also got to wander a little Christmas Market on the late afternoon walk, and had some churros.
