Albuquerque, New Mexico

Howdy and welcome to the next era of this trip: The United States edition. And boy are Luke and I happy to leave the Spanish speaking to those that actually speak it! Also, the air is crisp, Americans are welcoming and I am thankful to be somewhat 'home'. After a month in Central America... the change is welcome.
Also, plot-twist for those who either didn't know or forgot: starting today, it's the three of us! Luke, Steve and I. We were equally happy to see each other after we met in Albuquerque especially because we all made it almost at the same time. Steve's luck prevailed and he only had one flight delayed and barely made a connecting flight: but he made it. Yay!
