North Rim, Arizona + Hatch, Utah

Man oh man have we seen stuff! We met up with my relatives, Kam and Dagny and had a superb lunch right in front of the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and then drove out to sleep in a Tipi. But before I talk about the Tipi: WE SAW A HERD OF BISON! And one big guy decided the street would be a nice place to pee.
I had lots of fun making a million pictures of them.🦬
Also drove past a lot of dead forest, which apparently has been dead for over 15 years. I thought a lot of it looked super recent. Apparently it just takes nature really long to heal.
Also, I heard so many animals skittle around next to us that I woke up half a dozen times, but the Tipi was still a cute experience. Also learned to insert and take out my lenses without a mirror. I didn't even poke my eyeballs out.🤓Läs mer
