Some stairs

To make up for sitting in the car all day yesterday, we spent today seemingly climbing endless stairs. We started off with a warmup at Lynn Canyon. It's the smaller version of the more famous Capilano Canyon and bridge. Lynn Canyon has it's own little suspension bridge, and a gentle stroll down to a beautiful river and pool.
