Glen River Parkrun

Not feeling too sore today after the Kinsale 10 mile yesterday, which is surprising. Although I did try a 30 minute run,and the heart rate was higher than usual, so I cut it short to 3km instead. It Czytaj więcej

Day 1 of working from home
