Day 25 Vienna with Elubia

Today was Gigi’s first full day in Vienna and the real start of Chapter Two. We picked up her new e-bike this morning, spent way too long talking and drinking coffee with the great guys at the bike shop, and then took it out for an easy sightseeing ride around Vienna. We saw the Giant Ferris Wheel, Hundertwasserhaus, St. Stephen’s Cathedral and somehow wandered right into the Hofburg. We finished the afternoon at Café Landtmann, then tonight went to Tosca at the Vienna State Opera. The singing was amazing, and even the standing-room tickets worked out pretty well. We ended the night with a cocktail and a beautiful rooftop view over Vienna. A very good first day together.Read more
