In Love With Leuven

We took the day to tour Leuven. After a quick breakfast at our apartment, we caught a 9:00 express train and were there in no time. Leuven is one of the prettiest towns you can find. Nearly every street is cobblestone. Leuven University is the oldest university in Belgium. Sadly, the city was bombed in both WWI and WWII. The university library (Bibliothekken) was completely destroyed in both wars. Today, we admired the rebuilt icon.Read more
