Deutsch:
Heute ist ausnahmsweise nicht so viele passiert wie die anderen Tage. Auf dem Weg zur Schule ist mir schon aufgefallen, dass die Luftfeuchtigkeit langsam steigt. Das liegt daran, dass Anfang November hier im Top End die Regenzeit beginnt. Davor wird es noch heißer als es sowieso schon ist (40C) und die Luftfeuchtigkeit steigt bis zu 95%…. Einen kleinen Vorgeschmack bekommt man jetzt, schon wenn man die kleineren Dschungelabschnitte neben Darwin besucht, ich kann euch sagen alles läuft😅 Aber ich meine die Hitze ist der Grund warum ich hier nach Darwin gereist bin. Als ich an der Schule angekommen bin stand neben dem Eingang wie ein Wächter eine für mich unbekannte Vogelart, was hir in Australien tatsächlich normal ist, da ich keinen der hier lebenden Vögel jemals gesehen habe😅. Der Schultag war soweit gut, meine Klasse ist wirklich nett und die Tage sind eigentlich immer recht lustig. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass ich den Jetlag noch etwas merke.. während der Schulzeit habe ich immer ca 1h einen kleinen Durchhänger nicht wirklich schlimm aber ich merke einfach, dass es in Deutschland gerade mitten in der Nacht ist. Trotzdem ist der Jetlag deutlich einfacher zu handeln als ich gedacht habe. mein restlicher Tag bestand daraus Darwin fertig zu erkunden und ein bisschen zu angel. Heute habe ich mir den Hafenbereich und die Docks genauer angesehen. Das Wasser ist überall so schön blau und Türkis aber wegen der Krokodile kann oder geht hier niemand ins Wasser. Zu Hause habe ich etwas entspannt und Recherchen bezüglich meiner Weiterreise und Jobs angestellt und mich natürlich auch etwas entspannt😁 Zum Abendessen gab es eine hervorragend schmeckende Bolognese. Nach dem Essen habe ich noch kurz meine Wäsche gewaschen und mich langsam bettfertig gemacht.

For once, not as much happened today as the other days. On the way to school, I noticed that the humidity was slowly rising. This is because the rainy season starts here in the Top End at the beginning of November. Before that, it gets even hotter than it already is (40C) and the humidity rises to 95%.... You can get a little taste of it now, just by visiting the smaller jungle sections next to Darwin, I can tell you everything is going😅 But I mean the heat is the reason I traveled here to Darwin. When I arrived at the school there was a bird species next to the entrance like a guardian, which is actually normal here in Australia as I have never seen any of the birds that live here😅. The school day was good so far, my class is really nice and the days are actually always quite fun. However, I have to say that I still notice the jet lag a bit... during school time I always have a little sag for about 1 hour - not really bad, but I just realize that it's the middle of the night in Germany. Nevertheless, jet lag is much easier to deal with than I thought. The rest of my day consisted of finishing exploring Darwin and doing a bit of fishing. Today I took a closer look at the harbor area and the docks. The water is so beautiful blue and turquoise everywhere, but nobody can or goes into the water here because of the crocodiles. At home I relaxed a bit and did some research regarding my onward journey and jobs and of course relaxed a bit too😁 I had a delicious Bolognese for dinner.
