I walked today hoping that my back and hip wouldn't give me any problems. I took the precaution of taking 800 mgs of Alive before I started out and it seems to have worked. I was mostly I was pain free the entire walk. But it was an easy walk. Mostly down hill and it was cool. Lovely conditions. Just two more days-yeah!!もっと詳しく
