    We had to get up at six to drive to Madrid, to take me to the airport. It is normally an hour drive, but this morning, there was light rain and heavy traffic most of the way, making the trip 90 minutes. I still had time to get checked in, but there was no extra time at all. Took an hour from leaving the car to getting to the gate as boarding started. I usually like a little more time than that. The flight was 8 1/2 hours to Charlotte. I am sitting the CLT airport now and will board my flight for Greenaboro shortly. It has been such a goid trip but it will also be good to be home for a month before my next trip!Read more
